Registration Fees
Choose the category that applies to you (Standard or Student). Student registrations require a valid proof of student status.
What the registration fee includes
The registration fee includes: participation in all sessions, icebreaker reception, conference dinner, lunches and social events.
The fee for accompanying persons only covers the icebreaker reception and the conference dinner.
Presentation slots
In order to be awarded a presentation slot:
- The full registration fee must be paid by 31.08.2026.
- An abstract must have been submitted, and accepted by the mini symposia organizers.
Without an accepted abstract, no presentation slot will be allocated.
Accepted abstracts or papers without a registered presenter will not be included in the conference proceedings.
Withdrawal / Cancellation
To cancel/withdraw from the conference, participants must contact the organizers in writing:
- Participants cancelling before 7.08.2026 will be refunded their fee less a charge of 150 €.
- Participants cancelling after this date will receive no refund.
Accommodation
Please note that bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served, basis and the reservations will expire at the beginning of August.
