Abstract

Civil engineering professionals face the crucially important issue of ensuring proper and timely maintenance of infrastructure to extend its lifespan and maintain its performance. Efficient inspection methods are essential for preventive maintenance to reduce the potential risk of structural failure and minimize life cycle costs. Considering the importance of infrastructure and the potential for cross-disciplinary discussions within this theme, this Mini-Symposium will provide a vital forum for scientists and engineers from academia and industry to present cutting-edge research on advanced technologies for infrastructure condition assessment, emphasizing real-world applications and successes, thereby fostering crucial cross-disciplinary discussions. The Mini-Symposium will address the following key topics, encompassing both advancements and challenges in realworld applications:
