Abstract

This Mini-Symposium focuses on the vibration serviceability assessment of footbridges. The aim of the Mini-Symposium is to collect experimental, numerical, and theoretical studies regarding the dynamic characterization of footbridges, the modelling of dynamic loading, the modelling and evaluation of human-structure interaction effects, the analysis of the dynamic response, vibration serviceability assessment criteria, and vibration mitigation techniques.
